On-Line Detection Research on Temperature of the Blast Furnace Hearth Staves and Bosh

In view of on-line detection of temperature and problem of time response about the blast furnace hearth staves and bosh, we will show two related research in simulation experiment platform, which is based on the structure of the blast furnace hearth staves and bosh. On the one hand, we derived and demonstrated the possibility of on-line detection from the direction of heat transfer; on the other hand, we summarized experimental rule by testing the temperature distribution and time response of the experimental platform. The results demonstrate that the theoretical derivation and experimental data show a good consistency. We will be able to resolve the problem of online detection of temperature for blast furnace hearth staves and bosh, if we revise the problem according to the field situation, which provides effective data support for guiding the blast furnace can product stably and smoothly.
