Economic Analysis of CHP Plants in the Landlord-to-Tenant Electricity

This paper deals with the investigation and economic evaluation of cogeneration plant in the “Landlord-to-Tenant Electricity” model with different shares of renewable energy in different years, different regulatory boundary conditions and cost digression estimations. A linear programming approach is selected for the determination of economical technical and technical capabilities of this energy system. By investigating and simulating cogeneration supply system electricity tariffs have been forecasted. This study shows that the use of CHP in the “Landlord-to Tenant Electricity” model are economic feasible also without any surcharges.
