Label-Free Method for Multiplex Investigation of Dynamics of Protein-Protein Interactions

A multiplex optical label-free method has been developed for direct quantitative determination of kinetic parameters of protein-protein interactions by real-time monitoring of molecular recognition processes. The method permits simultaneous registration of dynamics of several pair-topair interactions on a single sensor chip with spectral-correlation interferometry. The method has been successfully demonstrated by recording interactions of several different monoclonal antibodies with antigens.
