DC/DC Boost Converter with Additional Inductance for the Space Power Supply System

A DC / DC converter of electrical energy with an additional inductance of a spacecraft that converts the energy stored in batteries is considered. The constant input voltage of the converter varies in the range 55 ... 96 V, the output voltage must be constant, stabilized, with an average voltage value of 100V. The investigated circuit allows to increase the reliability of the converter and to reduce its weight and size parameters. Regulatory characteristics were obtained and a mathematical model was created. The calculated values are compared with the values obtained as a result of simulation.
