The Ultrasonic Device and the Positioning System of the Welding Tool for Welding of Automobile Bumpers

In article results of work on development of the ultrasonic device and the positioning system of the hand welding tool are provided. The developed system is intended for welding of products from thermoplastic materials which are used in automotive industry. Development of specialized positioning system of the welding tool allowed to provide an exact arrangement of welded seams on a product. Besides there is an opportunity to establish burying of the welding tool. It allows to increase quality of forming of welded seams, durability, safety and performance propertyof automobile bumpers.
