In recent years, globalization and the release of international trade have multiplied logistical flows between different countries and organizations, which has increased the level of complexity of the logistics chain. This complexity presents many challenges for companies, namely: the growth of international competition, the permanent volatility of the market, the demand for personalized products and the shortening of product life cycles [1] . To face these challenges, the Germans laid the foundation for a new industrial revolution in 2011 called “Industry 4.0” which is the result of the development of the Internet of Things and Big Data.
