Lean Manufacturing: Study Concept for Collective Intelligence Definition and validation of the conceptual model : Definition and validation of the conceptual model

Our study aims to study the relationship between the sustainability of Lean and the use of collective intelligence (CI) as a participative management tool, and to define collective intelligence at Lean, in light of the definitions of others disciplines. Then demonstrate that Lean represents a fertile concept for the study of collective intelligence in its most basic form which is the intelligence of teams limited in number and space. This study will be used to develop the concept for broader areas, and to follow up a tool for measuring and managing collective intelligence in Lean.
