Innovation: The Linking & the impact of the variables “Knowledge management” and “Organizational culture” on the company’s performance

We call “Knowledge Management” all the tools, methods and approaches implemented in society to identify, capitalize the knowledge of the company, to organize and to share it. The purpose of our paper is to discuss the important role that Knowledge management plays in the process of sustainability of companies; likewise our aim will be to discover the relation between the organizational culture, innovation and knowledge management.
