Fast neural net based on Altera's FLEX for triggering

Summary form only given. The fast reconfigurable neural net for purpose of triggering and event selection in high energy physics experiments is presented. The net is realized on flexible logic element matrix (FLEX) of Altera Corp. The hardware and corresponding software are described.
