Research on Equipment Material Direct Supply Flows Based on Process Capability Indices

In order to control equipment material supply flows scientifically, process capability indices of the theory of quality management is introduced. The model of operating time based on process capability indices is established by satisfying the sharpness and reliability of equipment material supply flow. The model can make the cost of equipment material supply flow minimization through the variance pool allocation of individual flows. Then the evaluating model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible via analyzing and calculating with examples.
