Reliable stratospheric aerosol of the earth's atmosphere observations

It is shown that polarization observations of the Earth's atmosphere in the spectral range above λ> 3 · 10

m do not allow us to obtain reliable information on the physical properties of aerosols, their spatial distribution and temporal changes. Moreover, it is practically impossible to obtain observational data for these dependences that correspond to the conditions of optical homogeneity. At the same time, observations at a lower wavelength λ <;3 · 10
^-7
m are more optimistic. For the higher reliability of estimations, it is proposed to use of groups of artificial earth satellites, equipped with mini polarimeters and aimed at a single site of research.
