Decentralized public key infrastructure development principles

The existing public key infrastructure main development principles are given. Problems related to the functioning of such system are described. The opportunity to secure use an alternative trust model (i.e. trust model around the user) is shown. New concept for public key infrastructure development based on blockchain technology is proposed. Such concept avoids the weaknesses and shortcomings of a hierarchical architecture.
