The optimal descaling frequency searching method for electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling device

At present, there is a lack of optimal searching method in the field of electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling; therefore the electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling device can not adjust its descaling frequency adaptively. Based on the analysis of working principle of the electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling device, we propose an optimal frequency searching method in this paper based on hysteresis comparison method. Due to the changes in conductivity value do reflect the effect of descaling, we use it as the main indicator of anti-scaling descaling performance. Considering the nonlinear relationship of conductivity and the alternating magnetic field in actual measurement, we give the anti-scaling descaling device a positive disturbance frequency and reverse the disturbance successively to form a hysteresis loop and record the changes of electrical conductivity around two disturbances. We use the rule of hysteresis frequency to determine the optimal frequency, until the frequency is fixed near the optimization frequency. After experimental validation, we find that not only the operation is simple, but also the evaluation time is short, the proposed method can search and track the optimal frequency to ensure maximum effect of electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling.
