Output-feedback stabilization of stochastic upper-triangular time-delay systems

This paper investigates the output-feedback stabilization problem for a class of stochastic upper-triangular time-delay systems. On the basis of stochastic time-delay system stability theory and homogeneous domination idea, by selecting a suitable Lyapunov-Krasoviskii functional and a low gain scale, an output-feedback controller is designed such that the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically stable in probability. The proposed design scheme is verified by an example.
