Design of Air Source Heat Pump System Based on BP Network Prediction

The temperature control problem of condenser outlet water in air source heat pump hot water system is studied and a BP network predictive control scheme is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the outlet water temperature control structure of the air source heat pump system is designed. The control structure adopts a cascade control structure, which comprises outlet water temperature prediction control and water flow control. Then, a BP network model of outlet temperature was established to derive a numerical optimization algorithm for optimizing the objective function of water flow control. Finally, the control effect of predictive control and PID control are compared and analyzed.
