Performance analysis of the TOA cooperative localization estimation algorithm for 5G cellular networks

In this study, the performance analysis of the cooperative location estimation algorithms in 5G cellular networks is investigated. By using the time of arrival (TOA) triangulation method, it is aimed to obtain the sensitive location information with the help of the mathematical equations based on the arrival time between the cells and mobile terminals. In the error performance analysis of the proposed system model, the least squares and maximum likelihood methods are used. The obtained results show that the TOA location estimation algorithm can be used for the precise location determination.
