Failure analysis of PIF card in a nuclear power plant based on ERCA method

With the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China, the risk of equipment failure is unavoidable in the process of nuclear power plant operation, so it is of great value and significance to apply the mature RCA analysis technology to solve equipment problems. This paper uses the equipment root cause analysis method which is applicable to engineering, solves the address code confusion of the multiple systems, such as nuclear island nitrogen distribution system and water flow control system. Finally, determines the root cause of the string code fault, and puts forward the effective corrective measures.
