Design of three-phase class E power amplifier based on wireless power transmission system

High frequency power supply is one of the main components of wireless power transmission system, class E power amplifier is one kind of high frequency power supply of wireless power transmission, and the MOSFET is generally used in class E power amplifier. Now, the frequency of the MOSFET can reach more than 1MHz, but the capacity of the MOSFET is small, which makes the output power of the E class power amplifier smaller. Aiming at the problem of the small output power of Class E power amplifier, this paper proposes the structure of three-phase class E power amplifier. The simulation results show that the power supply of this structure can not only increase the output power, but can also provide power for multiple devices simultaneously, and can effectively improve charging speed in wireless charging because of the higher power.
