Economic viability analysis of Rio Verde hydroelectric use project

This paper aims to review all history of hydrological exploitation from Rio Verde's basin in Minas Gerais. Based on this, to rebuild the economic viability of a small hydroelectric plant (PCH) that is being built at this place, applying the traditional method of cash flow. And use these results to adapt a theoretical model of the regulated tariff (TAROT) for study a Economic Viability of a PCH.
