The quality of electric energy is the subject of several studies and concerns, because the equipment used in the most varied ranges of activities of the current society are increasingly susceptible to disturbances or disturbances arising from the electric power distribution system. The term energy quality is not related only to service availability, but also to any deviation that may occur in the magnitude, waveform or frequency of the voltage and / or electric current. Therefore, the number of PDL's Potentially disturbing loads is increasing in all sectors of industry. The impact study of new loads on the electrical system aims to identify the characteristic components by means of measurements and propose solutions to mitigate the verified problems.
