Efficient electromagnetic simulation of PCB with SPICE elements by using HIE-FDTD method

The HIE-FDTD method is one of the fast electromagnetic simulation techniques. The HIE-FDTD method has been extended to perform the electromagnetic simulation including the linear/nonlinear elements. However, this extension does not perform the electromagnetic simulation including the complex circuit models. This paper describes the HIE-FDTD method with circuit simulator for the efficient electromagnetic simulation with the SPICE elements.
