The factors influencing toward the decision of selecting the homestay of foreigners

This survey research is aimed to investigate which factors has the influence the decision making to select the homestay of foreigners basis on seven aspects of service marketing strategies, namely; service product, service pricing, service distribution, marketing promotion, service staff or people, service environment and service process. The sample size consisted of 388 foreign tourists who selected to stay at homestay in Thailand. The samples were selected without any probability sampling. It is the "Accidental Sampling". A questionnaire was administered by using 5-point Likert scale method. Data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
