Analysis of Japanese import - export market data for logistics case study of Eagles Air & Sea (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The competition between the logistic service providers is more intense and fluctuating demand of imports and exports products between Thailand and Japan. From the above causes, the number of customers who import products from Japan or export products to Japan decreased so total shipments and revenue of logistics service provider company decreases and lacks of confidence from the partnership and other customers for instance Eagles Air & Sea (Thailand) Company (the selected Case Study Company of this research). Therefore, this research purpose to analyst demand of Japan's imports and exports trend and increase total shipments and revenue of Case Study Company. This research present about compile and analyst essential information for create the standard platform which will be the tools when find new customers who import or export products between Thailand and Japan. In this research, apply Pareto to represent priorities of products as 80/20 Method. Moreover, analyst strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats about imports and exports products by SWOT Analysis. Summary new customers list and essential information after that transfer to Sales Team for contact to new customers and offer logistics service. As the result, total shipments of the case study company which belong to Japanese companies increase 46 shipments in December 2017. Revenue of the case study company which belong to Japanese companies in December 2017 increase 140,000 Bath from the previous month.
