An efficient distributed TCNPR method for wireless sensor networks

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are the network which consists number of nodes which is used for secure communication. Trust models are considered as a powerful security mechanism for WSNs. Most of the investigations only take communication behavior into account for calculating trust, but that is not efficient. An Efficient Distributed method for Trust Calculation depend on Nodes Properties and Recommendations (TCNPR) is proposed here. TCNPR method is grounded on the node properties and recommendations. The direct and indirect trust values are mainly calculated by the method according to some trust metric. The proposed Efficient Distributed TCNPR method can efficiently calculate the trustworthiness of nodes and can identify the presence of malicious nodes in one hop communication model. The analysis results demonstrate that efficient distributed TCNPR model performs better than other same models e.g, EDTM.
