Patient health management system using e-health monitoring architecture

This paper presents the design and implementation of patient health monitoring architecture using GSM. This is based up on the communication devices like mobile phones and wireless sensor networks for the real time analysis of the patient health condition. The main focus in this paper is on developing a model that can facilitate the doctors through tele-monitoring. This architecture or device will be useful for individuals who will be at home or at hospital. The device developed will be useful for Medical Applications.
