Annealing effect of magnetic characteristics of (La,Sr)MnO/sub 3/ sputtered films

A perovskite type of (La,Sr)MnO, (LSMO) exhibits ferromagnetism, electrical conductivity, and colossal magnetoresistance(CMR) effect [1], and it was reported that the CMR effect was observed below the magnetic transition temperature T, when magnetic field less than OST was applied lo the sintered polycrystalline materials [2].
