Effects of anisotropy and frustration in La/sub 0.5/Si/sub 0.3/CoO/sub 3/ cluster-glass compound

La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 has been considered as a cluster-glass(CG) in some recent studies [1-3]. However, the effects caused by anisotropy and frustration in the glassy behavior were not investigated in detail. In this paper, temperature dependent magnetization, long time relaxation and temperature memory effects are presented, which are discussed in terms of frustration and anisotropy.
