A scalable W-band imaging radar development platform

Despite millimeter-wave radar technology having excellent obscurant see-through capability with long range, high resolution imagery at conversely low corresponding size, weight and power, its scientific and commercial potential is presently under-realized. A scalable, real-time imaging platform as rendered in a W-band Radar developed at Honeywell, allows users to effectively respond to observed phenomena while simultaneously recording raw data at minimal cost and NRE compared to integrated, fixed, PCB architectures, making it a potent development cycle tool for phenomenology studies and algorithm investigations, for a wide range of commercial and military application needs.
