The anisotropic magnetoresistance of Permalloy thin films and GMR of multilayers have been studied intensivelv .Usuallv thev have been characterized bv a static measurement using the SD called four probe method .Ho&er ,practical use of these elkments it at very high frequencies and eventually a more practical technique of MR measurement is required for more precise evaluation.
