Multiple moving object capturing in autonomous robot-camera

This is a study in the following of the previous studies performed by the authors. In this study, we propose a system that detects and captures several moving objects in the scene using a simple robot having single camera. In general, the core of the system is similar to the previous studies performed by the authors such as using Gaussian filtering for motion detection, partitioning of the scene into three major partitions, and following two rules for movement. However, for having proper movement, the new system uses different partitioning from previous works. In previous works the highest accuracy was 82.2% while in this study the small change in partitioning increases accuracy to 91.6%.
