In recent years, spin electronic states of Group 111-V nitrides have been exhibiting many intriguing characteristics while in many nano-structural surfaces or in molecules, spin states are often spin-polarized (high spin states) even at the lowest energy state, resulting as magnetic properties[ 1]-[3].
