Influence of sintering atmosphere on MN-ZN ferrites

For producing high-permeability Mn-Zn ferrites, factors such as high-purity materials. appropriate chemical composition and additives, exact manufacturing process control, and strict microstructure control are-important. In our previous papers, we reported the derivation of high-permeability Mn-Zn ferrites having low porosity and a well-defined microstructure through optimization of molybdenum trioxide additive quantities and sintering conditions [1],[2].
