Analysis of the three dimensional magnetic system with nonlinearity using reluctance network method

For the three-dimensional analysis of magnetic systems, Reluctance Network Method(RNM) can he used efficiently. RNM, a kind of modification of magnetic equivalent circuit method(MECM), ensures high accuracy similar to FEM and short computation time. Because of this feature, for the analysis that requires the consideration of some nonlinearity such as magnetic saturation of iron material and the magnetizing processes in permanent magnet, RNM can be used reasonably. In this paper, a permanent magnet lifter (PML) model is analyzed with RNM.
