Road traffic accident injuries — Causes and biomaterial related treatment

The systematic increase in the number of vehicles in road traffic accidents is the cause of the risks associated with their use. Road safety is mainly due to the behavior of different groups of traffic participants (drivers, pedestrians and cyclists). The data presented in the article referring to various types of accidents were related to injuries occurring during road accidents. Particular attention has been paid to injuries and orthopedic injuries. It also presents the possibilities of using modern engineering materials during emergency medical care and further treatment of post-accidental injuries.
