Safe and secure SOC architecture for autonomous driving

It has been industrial consensus that safety and security are vital for autonomous driving system. In this session, key functions of a typical electronic and electrical architecture of autonomous driving are reviewed in respect of safety requirements. Based on the analysis and world leading CAR OEMs' requirements, a safe SOC system architecture is proposed and addressed. Specifically, ASIL-x safety level is assigned for key autonomous function modules. A Vehicle level security structure is also discussed in the view of autonomous driving application. A typical use case of security solution for SOC is briefly illustrated in this session.
