Distributed allocating algorithm based on cloud CPU scheme

In recent years, the application of cloud computing in various fields has become a highly debated topic among researches. In cloud computing, distributed computing is universally applied to solve large computing problems with the use of the Cloud CPU. In distributed computing, it needs Software Defined Network (SDN). Based on SDN, it's important to do the dynamic planning of resources at the Internet level. Our paper focuses on how to optimize the allocating process. Based on a comprehensive review of recent peer-reviewed research, we set up a unique model DAACC to realize the higher efficiency. The paper asserts that compared with the previous research, the unique model has better consequence to increase the allocation efficiency.
