A study of factors effecting Thailand talent mobility programme: Case of university and food technology industry

The main purpose of this study is to explore factors which have high impact on national research university researchers' decision making to work with food technology industries in order to strengthen the competitiveness of technological innovation in Thailand. Semi-structured and in-depth interviews were conducted for this study in order to understanding factors of success and barriers to successful personnel sharing. It also identifies recommendations and solutions for personnel sharing mechanism in Thailand.
