From the Editor-in-Chief April 2018

Welcome to our April issue. I write this in March from the northeast US, which means that we've had to put away our February T-shirts and golf clubs in favor of parkas and snow shovels. Good (weather) luck to us all for the Spring! I hope to see many of you at the Radar Conference in Oklahoma City in April - the AESS Board of Governors has its spring meeting there, which I'm sure is an added attraction for many of you.
