Low cost portable blood urea nitrogen analyzer using Odroid system

Early detection of diseases reduces the cost of treatment and in some chronic diseases there is a need to follow-up and to make daily blood analysis, so the patient should go to the laboratories where the devices are huge in size and high cost. To solve this problem, a cheap analyzer that is small size and easy to use is needed to be next to the patient. For this reason, a point-of-care (POC) diagnostics device is innovated with small size, low cost and easy to use based on the Odroid technology which automatically analyses color changes in Vitros dry-slide that is sensitive with specific detection for measuring the proportion of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) with results close to existing devices.
