Hierarchical routing protocols in WSN: A brief survey

A WSN have tremendously huge number of tiny, low power sensors that senses environmental conditions, performs data processing and performs communication between wireless components. The paper illustrates numerous routing protocols which allow extending the range of nodes: thus introducing a comparison between various approaches pursued. It focuses light upon limited power battery, bandwidth constraints thus concentrating efficient working of the network.
