Project Engineering Reliability Management Model Dependent on the Least Squares Depth Recursion

Through the engineering maturity model, the level of the project engineering reliability management level of an enterprise can be analyzed to evaluate its capacity of reliability management rationally. In this way, the reliability management performance of an engineering project can be evaluated effectively so as to improve its level of the reliability management. After the analysis of a few existing methods, in combination with the project engineering reliability management practices in the real estate industry in our country on this basis, analysis is carried out combined with the main evaluation indexes of the project. Based on the integration of the related contents of the least squares depth recursion as well as the basic characteristics of the real estate business, a kind of project engineering reliability management model related to the real estate project is established. In addition, the model is applied to the instances and the discussion on the simulation accuracy that the model can achieve is carried out.
