Determination of antenna shape using its radiation pattern

The numerical approach to determine the shape of antenna by its known directivity pattern has been developed. The general formulation for 3-D case inverse scattering problem is performed. The system of the non-linear equations with respect the function that describe form antenna and the current on it is derived. The obtained system is ill-posed because of equation for finding the antenna shape, which is integral equation of the first kind. The approach is described in details for 2-D case. The numerical algorithm for solving the obtained system and regularizing procedure are elaborated.
