A deeper look into a project management tool: The Change Register

This short paper has multiple goals. First, it offers some understanding of the change register as a previously unexamined project management tool. Nearly all operational activities within a project team need to comply with their organizational internal quality audits requirement. Hence, it also provides practitioners a checklist of items that should be considered while implementing change management processes for their projects.
