Biometrics solutions for blind person authentication

Biometrie authentication becomes very popular in recent years because it is more secure than other authentication methods. There are different types of biometrics like, fingerprint, finger veins and hand veins. An eye contains many different biometrics like, sclera, iris and retina. Blind person need to authenticate in many different areas. The problem is in the steps of retina and iris recognition; there is no consideration for blind person and how to authenticate this person. This paper studies the structure of iris and retina to authenticate the blind person. Hence, it proposes an innovative step for blind person authentication that contains different cases of blind person. The paper proposes four solutions for authenticating blind person which are sclera, palmprint, hand veins and facial thermogram. A comparison between the four proposed solutions is made to show the best solution for blind person.
