Statistical analysis of power measurements made on mono- and polycrystalline solar cells

Evolution of the electric power of one-monocrystalline and one-polycrystalline solar cells with quasi-identical electrical parameters, using irradiation of different light spectra has been investigated. Evaluation of any possible connections between the new results with the help of mathematical statistical analyzation of the results has been made. Main question is: Is there any difference in the evaluation of the generated electric power of the mono- and polycrystalline solar cells in function of the wavelength of the incoming light? Answers are given in the present paper.
