Optimization task definition of double inverter-fed motor drive based on energy criterions

The generalized task definition of AC electric drives extremal control and as a special case the task definition of extremal control of the electric drive based on double inverter-fed induction motor is considered in the article. Practically applicable criteria of optimality and methods for solving extremal control tasks of AC drive based on double inverter-fed induction motor are proposed. One of these criteria is the minimum of total losses, which provides an increase in the efficiency of the motor and limiting its heating. It is shown that the classical Euler method can be used to solve the problems of extremal control of double inverter-fed induction motor since the quality function can be attributed to a well-organized function.
