The relationship between the H-extra connectivity and the H-extra conditional diagnosability

The h-extra connectivity is used to evaluate the reliability of multiprocessor systems. And the h-extra conditional diagnosability is a concept based on the h-extra connectivity. This paper proposes a supposition about the relationship between them under the PMC model.
