Implementation of bi-modal statistical distribution into SPICE models

This paper deals with the technique of bi-modal statistical distribution modeling applicable to all standard SPICE simulators. Bi-modal statistical distribution can have several reasons, however only some of them should be implemented to the SPICE models. The paper presents some examples of bi-modal statistical distributions and the way, how to implement it to the SPICE model. The detailed model equations as well as the plots representing the simulated results are presented.
