Human body exposure to low frequency wireless charging: Direct coupling mechanisms and interferences with medical devices

The important increasing usage of the wireless Smartphone chargers in the daily life raises the interrogation of the biological effects of the electromagnetic fields exposure (EMF) on the human body and the implementable medical devices. This paper describes an original analysis of the human exposure evaluation to wireless chargers according to relevant regulations (ICNIRP 1998, INCIRP 2010, ISO 14117:2012, VDE 848, FCC, ...). The mutual relationship between the complete magnetic source of the wireless power charger and internal electric parameters of the human body have been deeply analyzed.
