Adaptive approach to melanoma cancer using mapk pathway

The MAPK pathway helps in melanoma cancer treatment and it is a main process in the field of bioinformatics and molecular dynamics. Prediction of the better process and pathway for melanoma cancer treatment is a challenging task. Our work focuses on the prediction of the MAPK pathway in terms of various aspects like the protein-protein angles, bonds, conformations, volume and the surface area. This paper proposes an approach for preprocessing, docking, binding and the computational simulation of the proteins. The protein computational simulation determines the best approach for curing melanoma cancer.
